Website Policy
1. Objectives
The website of the Eastern Economic Corridor Office of Thailand (EECO) was established to provide informational services to the general public and personnel within EECO. Use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions. Service users are advised to carefully review these terms and any other notices or agreements published on this website before accessing or using any service. By accessing or using the website, users are deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with these terms of service. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms, please discontinue your use of this website immediately.
2. Terms and Conditions
Service users may receive, access, create, transmit, or display information (hereinafter referred to as “Content”) such as data files, text, software, music, audio, photographs, videos, or other materials, as part of or through the use of EECO’s services. The Content presented to users may be protected by the intellectual property rights of its owner. Users have no right to modify, sell, transfer, or create derivative works based on such Content, whether in whole or in part, unless expressly permitted by the Content owner. Users may encounter Content that is inappropriate or offensive, which may cause dissatisfaction, at their own risk. EECO reserves the right to screen, review, label, modify, or remove any inappropriate Content using available content-management tools, provided such actions do not violate applicable laws or government regulations. EECO may temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate the service, or cancel service for any user, if such use affects others or violates the law, without prior notice. Following suspension or termination under Clause 2.5, the user will lose access to the service, including any account details, files, or Content therein. In the event of permanent termination, EECO reserves the right to delete all data associated with the user’s account without prior notice.
3. Rights, Duties, and Responsibilities of the Service User
Users shall provide EECO with accurate, complete, and current information, such as identification and contact details, during registration or continued use of the service. Users shall use the website only for purposes permitted by EECO and in compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and generally accepted standards of conduct. Users shall not access or attempt to access any service by any means, including automated methods (e.g., scripts), other than the channels provided by EECO, unless explicitly authorized. Users shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts EECO’s services, servers, or networks. Users shall not copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, trade, or resell any part of the service unless expressly authorized by EECO. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords associated with their account. Users shall be solely responsible to any person, including EECO, for any damages arising from their violation of these terms.

Links to other websites are provided solely for user convenience. EECO disclaims any involvement, control over, or responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or content of such external content. EECO is not responsible for the content of any external websites that link to EECO’s website or for any damages resulting from visiting such websites. Users wishing to link to EECO’s website may link to the homepage upon written notification to EECO. Linking to internal pages or using embedded links requires prior written consent. EECO reserves the right to impose conditions on any such linkage. Linking websites shall not hold EECO responsible for any content displayed on their pages or for any damages arising from their use.

EECO shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses, whether direct or indirect, arising from access to or use of this website or any linked website. This includes, but is not limited to, damages, losses, or costs resulting from use failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, incompleteness, or computer viruses, even if EECO has been advised of the possibility of such damages. EECO shall not be liable to any user or any other person for claims arising from or based on the website or its Content, including any decisions or actions taken in reliance on such Content. Users acknowledge that EECO shall not be responsible for any actions or conduct of users under any circumstances.
