Service Satisfaction Survey Report

The Eastern Economic Corridor Office of Thailand (EECO) has prepared a service satisfaction survey report to summarize the data
and assessment results regarding service recipients’ opinions on the quality of the organization’s services. 
The report aims to reflect the level of satisfaction, identify issues and obstacles, and gather suggestions from service users. These insights are analyzed to enhance operational efficiency, assess service standards, promote transparency, and foster long-term trust between the organization and its stakeholders.
