On 26 November 2025, the Eastern Economic Corridor Office (EECO), led by Mr. Nussati Khaneekul, Director of Investment Strategy Division, together with EECO officials, hosted a delegation from the Thai-Chinese Cultural and Economic Association and investors from Sichuan University for a visit to the Digital Industry and Innovation Promotion Zone (EECd) in Chonburi.
The visit was warmly welcomed by the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa) Eastern Region Branch and AIS, who provided a comprehensive briefing on the development of the EEC Digital Innovation Zone. Discussions focused on fostering future collaboration in digital technology and innovation to strengthen Thailand’s digital economy. The delegation also toured the AIS Evolution Experience Center, a hub showcasing cutting-edge technologies and playing a key role in driving the country’s digital transformation.
This visit highlights the strong potential of EECd as a future investment destination, particularly in digital technology and innovation, reinforcing Thailand’s position as a regional leader and creating new opportunities for international partnerships.
