On December 3, 2025, Mr. Nussati Khaneekul, Director of Investment Strategy Division of the Eastern Economic Corridor Office (EECO), together with EECO officials, warmly welcomed the delegation from BEAM Society Limited Hong Kong at the EEC office in Bang Rak, Bangkok.
The meeting aimed to exchange views on advancing green building initiatives and developing sustainable smart cities, as well as exploring collaboration opportunities in environmental projects. A key focus was the EECiti Project, a flagship initiative in the Eastern Economic Corridor that promotes smart, livable, and environmentally friendly cities aligned with Net Zero and Climate Resilience goals. BEAM Society, a leading organization in Hong Kong’s green building assessment standards, expressed strong interest in EEC’s smart city development approach and readiness to support technical knowledge exchange to foster sustainable and eco-friendly environments across the region.
