EEC Office Welcomes Shenzhen Water and Environment Group to Explore Water Management Collaboration under the EECiti project
On December 9, 2025, Dr. Chula Sukmanop, Secretary-General of the Eastern Economic Corridor Office of Thailand (EECO), together with the executive team and officers, welcomed the Shenzhen Water and Environment Group at the EECO Office in Bang Rak, Bangkok.
Shenzhen Water and Environment Group, a leading integrated water management organization from China, met with EECO to discuss and explore potential collaboration under the EECiti initiative, which aims to drive smart city development within the Eastern Economic Corridor.
Both parties exchanged views on water infrastructure development and related technologies. The Chinese delegates expressed strong interest in the progress of the EECiti initiative and showed readiness to consider future cooperation in water management to support the sustainable growth of smart cities in Thailand.
