On 11 December 2025, Dr. Chula Sukmanop, Secretary-General of the Eastern Economic Corridor Policy Committee (EECO), welcomed H.E. Mr. Alexander Micovcin, Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to Thailand, for discussions on potential cooperation between the public and private sectors of both countries, as well as investment opportunities in the EEC area. The meeting also included an exchange of views and efforts to strengthen investor confidence in the EEC. In addition, both parties expressed their readiness to jointly promote new investments in Thailand’s targeted industries concretely.
