Notification of the Eastern Economic Corridor Policy Committee for Public-Private Partnership (PPP EEC Track)
PPP EEC Track is a framework or mechanism for collaboration between the public and private sectors (Public–Private Partnership: PPP)
within the context of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) development. Its primary objective is to accelerate investment in infrastructure
and large-scale projects in a timely, efficient, and coherent manner, in alignment with long-term national development policy. Under this scheme, a special fast-track process is established for projects located within the EEC area, enabling them to be approved and implemented more swiftly than through standard PPP procedures. Participating projects also receive multi-dimensional government support, including tax incentives, access to state-owned land, and regulatory facilitation, with a particular emphasis on infrastructure and advanced technology projects
such as ports, airports, high-speed rail, smart industrial zones, and innovation centers.
