EEC Joins “Future Food Leader Summit 2026” to Support Thai Food Entrepreneurs and Researchers on the Global Stage
On 11 February 2026, Eastern Economic Corridor Office (EECO) participated in the Future Food Leader Summit 2026, organized by Tastebud Lab and Bio Buddy, to support the advancement of food innovation and research toward sustainability and future food security.
During the event, the BCG Economy Division of EECO joined a panel discussion on the topic “The Future of Thai Future Food in the New Era: Investment, Innovation, and the Power of Collaboration” (cross-sector, scale, digitalization, industry). The session was held alongside representatives from the Office of Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion (OSMEP), the Digital Council of Thailand, and the Federation of Thai Industries. The discussion highlighted perspectives and strategic directions for Thailand’s future food industry in the new era, focusing on investment, digital innovation, and multi-sector collaboration. The aim is to empower Thai entrepreneurs and the food industry to achieve tangible development, enhance global competitiveness, and align sustainably with the Bio-Circular-Green (BCG) economic model.
The event also featured exhibitions of health-focused food products and research, as well as technologies related to the future food industry. Participants had opportunities to explore innovations, exchange experiences, and build business connections. The Future Food Leader Summit 2026 was held from 10–11 February 2026 at Ivory Shadow Hall, 45th Floor, Bhiraj Tower at EmQuartier, Sukhumvit, with a total of 200 participants throughout the event.
