Land Use Plan
In compliance with Section 6 (4) of the Eastern Economic Corridor Act B.E. 2561 (2018), which mandates the appropriate and sustainable utilization of land within the EEC based on local conditions and potential, the EECO has formulated
the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) Land Use Plan. This plan serves as a framework for developing detailed land use plans
as well as infrastructure and utilities development plans within the EEC, grounded in urban planning principles. The work involves:
1) Analyzing the physical spatial potential of the area
2) Reviewing and assessing existing land use patterns
3) Conducting a comprehensive land use analysis
The EECO, in collaboration with the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning and other relevant agencies, will apply the detailed plan to prepare integrated land-use and infrastructure plans for the EEC. These efforts aim to ensure efficiency, practical implementation, and alignment with the overarching
EEC development framework.
