
EECO Head Office Bangkok, Bang Rak, Thailand – 22 December — The Eastern Economic Corridor Office of Thailand (EECO) and MHealth Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to initiate a nine-month exclusive feasibility study for the development of a Medical Hub within EECiti, the flagship smart city of the Eastern Economic Corridor area.

This MOU establishes a cooperative framework for project feasibility studies, master planning, and investment structuring, in alignment with Thai laws and the EEC regulatory framework. The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to strengthening Thailand’s healthcare ecosystem while advancing smart, sustainable, and people-centered urban development.

Dr. Chula Sukmanop, Secretary General of EECO, stated that the partnership represents a key milestone in the development of EECiti, which integrates healthcare, education, technology, green mobility, and community living. The EECiti Medical Hub is envisioned as a transformative project to reinforce Thailand’s position as a regional hub for healthcare, medical innovation, and wellness.

On behalf of MHealth Limited, Mr. Pascal Scott, representing Mr. Simon Lovegrove, CEO, expressed MHealth’s pride in contributing international experience to the project, guided by the UN Sustainable Development Goals. He emphasized the importance of preventive healthcare, wellness, and community-based models in responding to global demographic changes.

The MOU marks the beginning of a partnership between EECO and MHealth to explore a sustainable and compliant investment model that delivers lasting benefits for Thai citizens, medical professionals, and future generations.
