The EECO has promoted Special Economic Promotion Zones to support specific industries. Within these zones, investors are entitled to tax incentives, other privileges, and business facilitation services. These zones also accommodate the development of infrastructure and utilities, related enterprises, research and development centers, laboratories, and innovation hubs, thereby reinforcing the specific industry ecosystem.
