On 26 March 2026, Eastern Economic Corridor Office (EEC Office), represented by the Service and Medical Industry Bureau, attended the opening ceremony of the permanent exhibition of the Thailand Pavilion from World Expo 2025 Osaka Kansai at the Ministry of Public Health, and received a recognition award as a key partner.
The event, organized by the Department of Health Service Support, honored 51 public and private sector organizations for their contributions in showcasing Thailand’s strengths in healthcare, wellness, and cultural excellence on the global stage.
During its participation, the EEC Office played a key role in promoting Thailand, particularly the EEC, as a leading Medical and Wellness Hub. The temporary exhibition attracted over 15,300 visitors, while the Thailand Pavilion welcomed more than 2.1 million visitors overall.
