EECO Signs MOU with Dongnan International Group (H. K) Limited Discussing Investment Cooperation and Exploring Opportunities to Drive EECiti

On 10 September 2026, Dr Chula Sukmanop, Secretary-General of the Eastern Economic Corridor Office (EECO) and Dongnan International Group (H.K.) Limited, led by Mr. Joseph Hsueh, Co – Chairman of the Board and Mr. Jiancong Qin, Chairman of the Board took part in the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between EECO and Dongnan International Group (H.K.) Limited. The MOU aims to build mutual understanding and promote investment opportunities in the EEC Business Centre and Liveable Smart City Project (EECiti). The executive teams of Dongnan International Group (H.K.) Limited and Chonburi Development Co., Ltd. attended as witnesses. The ceremony was held at the EECO office in Bang Rak District, Bangkok

The MOU seeks to establish a shared understanding of both parties’ potential, strategic goals and investment opportunities in driving the EECiti project. It also aims to identify and promote investment and business cooperation between the two parties through the exchange of information on EECiti’s core business clusters, under the concepts of low-carbon city development, industrial investment attraction, investment promotion and management under the EEC incentive policy.

In addition, EECO continues to seek out and invite both domestic and international investors to participate in developing the EECiti project, alongside gathering feedback from the private sector. The resulting insights into requirements and recommendations will inform the development and investment models, ensuring they align with market demand and deliver maximum benefit to all sectors.
