EECO Signs Memorandum of Understanding to Strengthen Investment and Industrial Development Cooperation

The Eastern Economic Corridor Office (EECO), represented by Dr. Chula Sukmanop, Secretary General of EECO, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Eurasia United International Economic and Cultural Cooperation Center Co., Ltd. (EUIEC) and Thai Shenzhen Chamber of Commerce Association of Thailand (TSZCC) to strengthen cooperation in investment promotion, industrial development, and the expansion of collaborative networks between Thailand and the People’s Republic of China.

On this occasion, Mr. Nussati Khaneekul, Director of the Investment Strategy Division, delivered a presentation on EECO’s overall mission and strategic direction, highlighting key policies, investment opportunities, and development priorities within the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). The presentation aimed to enhance understanding of the EEC’s potential and facilitate the exchange of perspectives with private sector stakeholders and partner organizations attending the event.

The MOU reflects the shared commitment of all three parties to advancing cooperation in future industries, technology and innovation adoption, digital economy development, investment promotion, as well as environmentally sustainable industrial development and long-term growth within the EEC.

This collaboration marks another important milestone in strengthening economic and investment relations between Thailand and China. It is expected to create new business opportunities, promote knowledge exchange, and expand cooperation networks that will contribute to sustainable economic growth and industrial development in both countries.
