During the mission, the EECO delegation held discussions with executives of Sunwoda Electronic Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese company in the battery and energy sector, to exchange information and explore potential areas of investment cooperation. In addition, EECO co-organized the EECO–CCPIT Shenzhen Investment Mini Forum in collaboration with the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Shenzhen. The forum served as a platform to present EEC investment opportunities, incentives, and business prospects to Chinese enterprises, while fostering dialogue and strengthening investor confidence in Thailand as a strategic destination for regional investment.

During the forum, a Letter of Interest (LOI) was submitted by the Guangdong-Thai Chamber of Commerce Industry and Commerce Federation, expressing its interest in promoting trade and investment cooperation, enhancing awareness of investment opportunities in the EEC, and strengthening business connections between Thailand and Guangdong Province, People’s Republic of China.

Furthermore, the EECO delegation visited Guangming District Biopharmaceutical Characteristic Industry Park to study its industrial development and innovation ecosystem, as well as exchange experiences with local organizations and businesses. The visit provided valuable insights that could contribute to the development of Thailand’s target industries and enhance the long-term competitiveness of the EEC.

EECO’s participation in these activities reflects its proactive commitment to investment promotion, strengthening partnerships with key stakeholders in China, and advancing the EEC as a leading investment destination for future industries in the region.
