EECO Welcomes OMEGA Entrepreneur Delegation from China to Explore Investment Opportunities in the EEC
The Eastern Economic Corridor Office (EECO), led by Mr. Korkij Danchaivichit, Deputy Secretary General of EECO, welcomed a delegation from the OMEGA Program Entrepreneur, comprising over 40 senior executives and business leaders from the People’s Republic of China. The delegation visited the EECO, Bang Rak office on 12 June 2026 to learn more about investment opportunities in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).
The OMEGA Program Entrepreneur is a network of entrepreneurs from the People’s Republic of China, aiming to facilitate knowledge exchange and foster business collaboration. The delegation included founders, senior executives, and experts from a wide range of industries, including technology, healthcare, and digital sectors.
During the visit, EECO provided an overview of the EEC, including investment promotion policies, incentives for foreign investors, as well as the development directions of targeted industries and opportunities for regional business collaboration. The session also featured discussions and exchanges of views on potential investment opportunities for the private sector within the EEC.
This engagement marks an important step in strengthening cooperation between Thailand and international investors and reflects growing business confidence in the EEC as a regional hub for investment and innovation.
