EECO and Thai Chamber of Commerce Coordinate Preparations for Thailand–China Cooperation Expo 2026
Recently, Mr. Chula Sukmanop, Secretary-General of the Eastern Economic Corridor Office (EECO), welcomed Mr. Kitsana Vachekrilas, Vice Chairman of The Thai Chamber of Commerce, together with his delegation, at the EEC Office in Bangkok. The meeting was held to discuss and prepare cooperation for the organization of the Thailand–China Cooperation Expo 2026.
The meeting aimed to explore guidelines for cooperation and participation among relevant agencies in organizing the Expo, with a focus on key issues such as supporting investors from the People’s Republic of China, providing investment advisory services, promoting investment incentives and relevant regulations, as well as ensuring systematic communication of policy-related information. These efforts are intended to enhance operational efficiency and alignment among all stakeholders.
During the discussion, participants exchanged information on the overall framework of the event, outlined key implementation plans, and discussed cooperation approaches between public and private sectors to ensure an integrated and impactful organization of the Expo.
The Thailand–China Cooperation Expo 2026 builds on the success of the previous edition and aims to serve as an international platform to promote trade, investment, and the development of sustainable supply chains between Thailand and China. The Expo also seeks to foster connections in business opportunities, employment, and long-term human resource development between the two countries.
